I am a licensed psychologist in Michigan specializing in psychotherapy with adults, couples, and older teens.

In my work with couples, I utilize Imago Relationship Therapy. Imago therapy is a guided dialogue technique that fosters both connection and healthy differentiation. It helps couples communicate more effectively, deepen empathy, and improve mutual as well as individual understanding. Clients need not be in a romantic relationship to benefit from this approach. It can also be profoundly healing for parents and teens, former partners working on co-parenting, close friends working through conflict, and others.

In my work with individual adults and older teens, I address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and other life concerns. I primarily practice Internal Family Systems Therapy and integrate other psychotherapy techniques and neurobiological teachings to help clients shift away from entrenched emotional, cognitive, and relational patterns.

I also have a special interest in psychotherapy with clients facing medical challenges or involvement in the legal system.

Please note that I am providing all services through telehealth at this time.
